The Crazies versus Leap Year

If only, as the picture suggests, Leap Year was an inspired remake of a 1970s horror film. It is horrific though and it did make me want to self-harm. Even Matthew Goode has come out and dumped on his own movie, so that's fair enough, everyone has to pay the bills. I'd love to know what genuine Irish folk make of this tat mind, the Oirish cliché level being up there with Droopy Leprachaun (1958) - not the one with Jennifer Aniston.

I'll stick with what I said on Twitter, twas about as romantic as The Hurt Locker, to be sure.......
